Pre-registration for the workshops must be postmarked before October 4,
2008. After that date we cannot be certain of receiving your
registration before the show. Make your check payable to the Columbus
Bonsai Society for the amount(s) listed for the workshop(s) you would
like to participate in. It is possible that workshops will be filled
prior to the show.

Registrations will be recorded in the order of their postmark date. IF
it has been determined that your registration was received after the
workshop was filled and there are no cancellations, either your check
will be returned to you or, a refund check will be issued to you for the
amount of that workshop. (When workshops are filled, we will track
registrations and there may be a chance that a second workshop can be
arranged, depending on the artist’s supply of workshop trees and
minimum number needed to schedule a second event.)

If you are willing to take a different workshop than your top choice(s)
let us know the order of preference. Because we are limited on space to
two classrooms, only two concurrent events at a time are scheduled.
Workshop participants need to bring their own tools and wire. (Some
artists may have basic tools to lend you, such as scissors). Some
workshops will involve re-potting, some will not, October may be late
for some plant material being offered.

Cancellations: If an unexpected emergency arises and you are unable to
attend the workshop you have registered for, send e-mail to
Columbusbonsai@hotmail.com. We must receive notification by October
14 for you to receive a full refund. After that date, if we are unable
to fill your reservation you may only receive a partial refund,
depending on our obligation to the artist. If in the event that the
artist feels there are not enough registrations to hold a particular
workshop, your registration for that workshop will be refunded (less
10%?)
